The video must:

  • Clearly show the original sealed package.

  • Show the shipping label and order details.

  • Show the complete opening of the package.

  • Clearly demonstrate the damaged or incorrect product.

Without valid unboxing video proof, we may be unable to approve your return request, subject to applicable consumer rights.

3. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

  • The product and its original packaging should be retained.

  • Customers must provide clear photos and an unboxing video as evidence.

  • Return requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product or claim has been reviewed and approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or another eligible refund method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

  • Customers will be notified once their refund has been approved.
